Training
VOSD emphasis on different kinds of training to the group members for their skills development and potentials upgrading and started from 1987. It is a continuous process. So far 355,000 group members and 3400 staff have been provided different kinds of training with the support of the above donors. Each staff and each beneficiary has participated two to seven training courses. Some of the staff participated 20- 35 training courses.
