Conscientization
Conscientization is the most and important of VOSD, staff from 1987. It begins from the start and continues continuously for raising mass awareness in all respects among the targeted people and the community people. So far it has been conscientize approximately 2, 40, 00,000 people in different respects.
The procedures of conscientization are, survey and identify the targeted people arrange group meetings, uthan boitak, personal contacts, house step visits, arrange gathering, arrange folk songs, popular theatres, show documentary films, posturing, leafleting, use of flip charts, charts etc. Now the community people of VOSD’s working areas are fairly conscious in all respects and they can understand their development should be done themselves. In this regards, VOSD arranges seminars. Workshops, bill boards, sign etc.
