About Patrick Espinoza
Patrick Espinoza is a Chief Deputy District Attorney in the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office. He manages five important divisions including Superior Court, Sex Crimes and Human Trafficking, Gangs, Narcotics and the Insurance Fraud and Workplace Justice Division. He also supervises the DA’s Legislation Unit. Mr. Espinoza has been a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office for over 29 years where he has served as a trial prosecutor in various assignments. He also serves on the Legislation Committee of the California District Attorney Association
